Unlike other lenders that start with processing first, then send the file to underwriting,  we skip the processor and send your file right to underwriting first, saving you time.
The Underwriter will begin the loan underwriting process by thoroughly analyzing your finances, this includes searching for potential red flags while reviewing all documentation to determine whether you qualify for a mortgage.

3. Processing & Final

Mortgage Pre-Approval

After your loan has passed the initial underwriting review, the Underwriter may still have questions and/or require additional documentation to satisfy any conditions for a final approval. Don’t panic about any additional requests for documentation – this is common when  applying for a mortgage.

The processor will then start gathering all of the required gathering 3rd party documents, verify assets, income and employment, run various compliance and eligibility checks to get the file ready for final approval and clear to close.

4. The Closing

Mortgage Closing Process

Once your loan has been cleared to close, we connect with your closing agent to finalize the closing documents.

You schedule your closing with your closing agent to sign all the final documents. Once the final documents are signed and your loan is funded….YOU GET THE KEYS!!
